- You must disclose certain legal details to the Buyer in the contract, if these details are not disclosed then the buyer may terminate the contract
- “Time is of the essence” which means you must preform your obligations by the due date. For example, if you are not ready to settle on the due date the buyer can terminate or claim damages
- If your bank is not ready to settle, you are not ready to settle. You must not assume your bank will be ready to settle on time so your bank must be proactively managed during the process
