Miami Conveyancing
Magnetic Miami
With a laidback vibe, this beachside suburb offers a stunning kilometre-long beach, picturesque views and a lifestyle that’s the envy of many.
More secluded than its neighbouring suburbs, Miami has retained a slightly retro feel which only enhances its appeal. Its lush coastal parklands are perfect for family picnics, dog walking, cycling and exercise followed by a coffee or meal at the local cafes or surf club.
Miami is a community of 7,000 residents who’ve reserved their own little slice of paradise.
Beaches
The white sand beaches of Miami are amongst the Gold Coast’s best, with Nobby Beach, Miami Beach and North Burleigh Beach firm favourites. Surfers will find the best breaks offshore on the outer bar. Miami offers two patrolled beaches along Marine Parade for safe swimming.
Parks
Enjoy incredible, sweeping views from Mick Schamburg Park and Lores Boney Lookout where you might see whales migrating from May to November.
The Miami foreshore offers modern barbeque facilities, a playground and plenty of space for walking, running and picnics.
Attractions
Visit Granddad Jack’s Craft Distillery, the Gold Coast’s only gin, vodka and whiskey distillery, or try Lost Palms Brewing Co. to enjoy the craft beer experience.
If you’re into sports, Pizzey Park is a premium sporting facility. It is home to 25 sporting clubs, Miami Aquatic Centre, a rugby league club, tennis facility and a premier skate park. Need to let off steam? Visit Lumber Punks for a little game of axe throwing! Miami is also home to Gold Coast Dive Centre if the water is more your thing.
Shopping
One of the most beloved venues is Miami Marketta, which opens three nights a week offering night markets, street food and entertainment. For supermarkets and essentials, there’s Miami One Shopping Centre or for an indulgent day of retail therapy, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is only a short drive away.
Schools
Children in the Miami area can attend Miami State School or Miami State High School, or there are further private options in nearby suburbs.
